Warranty Coverage by Product Category

All FrameMay small appliance products carry warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Failure of electronic components under normal operating conditions
• Defects in heating elements, motors, or control boards
• Malfunctioning control boards or electrical failures
• Motor or heating failures in ovens or ice cream makers

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or crushing
• Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture
• Damage from improper voltage or using non-specified power adapters
• Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
• Normal wear and tear of external surfaces and accessories
• Damage from force majeure events (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers / labels

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Email sales01@framemay.com with subject "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Reference]"
• Include: order date, product name/SKU, quantity affected, and a detailed description of the problem
• Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect
• Our technical team will respond within 48 hours with diagnosis and resolution plan
• If covered, we will arrange free replacement parts or unit exchange at no additional cost
