Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Overview

At FrameMay, we take quality seriously. All our small appliance products undergo strict quality control before shipment. However, if you receive defective or damaged items, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns/exchanges for:

• Manufacturing defects — Products that malfunction due to factory defects
• Shipping damage — Items damaged in transit (must be reported within 72 hours of receipt)
• Wrong items shipped — If we send incorrect products from your order
• Quantity discrepancy — Missing items compared to the packing list

Generally NOT eligible for return:

• Products damaged by misuse or improper handling after receipt
• Customized/OEM products (unless defect is confirmed by our team)
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items with altered serial numbers or missing labels

Return Process

• Contact us at sales01@framemay.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment
• Provide your order reference number, photos/videos showing the issue, and a detailed description
• Our quality team will review your claim within 48 hours
• Once approved, we will arrange return shipping (for approved defect claims) or replacement dispatch
• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned goods

Warranty Claims

All FrameMay products come with a manufacturer warranty period. Warranty coverage varies by product category:

• Small appliance products (ice cream makers, ovens, cooking barrels): 12-month warranty
• Custom OEM appliances: As agreed in contract
• Electronic accessories: 6-month warranty unless otherwise specified

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
